We are committed to communities at home and around the world.
Launched in 2018, the CTG Foundation® focuses on finding tangible ways to help people in need break free from the bonds of circumstantial poverty; resource scarcity; and physical, mental or emotional illness and disease.
Giving Back
Our philanthropic efforts focus on sustainable clean water and nourishment projects, education scholarships, after school programs, vacation bible schools, financial assistance, youth sports programs, and mentoring and leadership programs. Annually we provide:

Our Contributions
Each year we assist communities at home and abroad in a variety of ways. Some of our recent contributions include:
- 2,000 impoverished families in dozens of communities helped
- 24 deep, sustainable clean water wells in communities who without a source of water prior
- 4 water distributions projects bringing clean, running water to over 400 family homes who were previously without
- 2 water distribution towers
- 6 school repairs and classroom construction projects in impoverished rural communities supporting over 500 children and 25 teachers
- 12 student scholarships for one full year each of university or trade school per student
- Thousands of meals provided to local communities where underprivileged children and families can seek refuge and nourishment
- 30 child sponsorships for year-round monthly education, nourishment, counseling and extracurricular growth activities for the child and his/her family
- 3 baseball and soccer leagues and clinics for youth in regions where partnerships with individual donors and large corporations have provided thousands of dollars of equipment and improvements
- 2-3 homes constructed
- 1 private school to service hundreds of students per year, while employing dozens of teachers per year, partnering with local education and trade/career devleopment program (underway and estimated to be completed by the end of 2027)

Funding
Our efforts are funded through the generous donations of corporations, churches, and individual partners. Donations are quickly translated from dollars to life-giving access to clean water, health, nourishment, education, and economic development programs. All donations are tax deductible.
While we’re pleased with our accomplishments, we know there is more work to be done. As a responsible supplier and partner, we’ll continue to take deliberate steps to drive meaningful change.
Our Programs
Clean Water
With the help of our individual, church, and corporate partners, we’re delivering life-giving water to families who previously relied on contaminated water sources.
Delivering clean drinking water to rural third-world communities. We believe that access to safe drinking water is a basic human right, but the need is great. According to the World Health Organization, in 2020, approximately 26% of the global population did not use water from a safely managed drinking water service.
There are millions of people without access to clean water across the globe. We’re doing what we can to provide sustainable access to rural communities in Nicaragua, the second poorest country in the Western Hemisphere.
Access to clean water lifts up the entire community, giving rise to educational and economic opportunities. Something as simple as water provides a path out of generational poverty for a whole community of people.
We have built relationships with the local government, hired and trained local workers, obtained the necessary equipment, and have a long list of viable well sites. With the help of our donors and partners, we’re digging dozens of wells per year, delivering life-giving water to hundreds of people who previously relied on contaminated water sources that made them sick.
Deep water wells are a good solution. We provide safe drinking water by digging deep water wells on community property secured legally with the local government. This improves community health although still requires families to walk to the water source and carry their water back to their home.
Water distribution systems are even better. We distribute safe drinking water to individual homes by building a reservoir and piping system connected to a previously dug well. This improves access to clean water as it is piped directly to their home location versus requiring them to carry heavy containers to their homes.
Health & Nourishment
Access to clean water provides for better medical care at local clinics, reduced exposure to disease and the ability to grow food during dry seasons.
As we build relationships during the well-digging process, we see additional opportunities to lift up the community through health and nourishment support. On a case-by-case basis, we provide:
- Hygiene workshops
- Women’s health classes
- Emergency food distribution
- Community garden resources
- Sustainable farming education
- Clean water for health clinics
Education
With fewer days home sick and less time spent helping their family to meet their basic needs for water and food. This means children can focus on their education.
Breaking the cycle of poverty through education. As we dig wells in underserved communities, we also invest in educational opportunities for children and youth. Our goal is to empower and propel the youngest generation toward self-sufficiency. Our past efforts include:
- Renovating local school buildings
- Supporting after-school tutoring programs
- Organizing sports programs
- Funding scholarships
- Hosting youth sports camps and leagues
- Hosting Vacation Bible School
We believe that after basic necessities are met, education is the path out of generational poverty.
Economic Power
Economic opportunities grow as the community’s basic needs are met. Access to clean water creates opportunities for small business and tourism to grow.
Supporting goals and dreams in impoverished communities. Out of access to clean water springs economic growth. As families have access to basic necessities, homeownership rises, small businesses open, tourism and industry grows, and the government’s investment in utilities and infrastructure increases. We seek to propel this growth through:

- Job-related education and training
- Relationships with local government
- Facilitating mission trips that bolster the hospitality industry
